The new President has also ordered an end to aggressive interrogation techniques... or has he? Two leading articles in successive days in the Wall Street Journal warn that (1) there are loopholes that would allow US intelligence officers to press suspects harder in tough cases and (2) a version of Gitmo's military commissions may be simply re-created on US soil.
